shrimp poppers?

1. What's that?
2. Is this a rich school district?
3. Isn't the recipe on some website for you? Most parents what to
know what the school is feeding their children and I don't mean just
the name of it. So caveat emptor - they could serve shrimp coated in
chopped peanuts and call them poppers.
