Cornish game hen is not cheap. Anyay, if he has soy sauce - or ask for
a few pacakges from a Chinese food bar in a local grocery store if
there is one, he can rub a little of that of that on the chicken. I
did that long time ago and broiled it. I may have put some gigner as
well in the rub.
