I just dumped 12oz skim milk, 1 TB valrhona powder, 3 TB bakers sugar,
and a drop of Surfas Vanilla extract into the blender on low for 20
seconds.
Microwaved it for 2 minutes in pyrex covered with plastic wrap, and I
am now drinking the best hot chocolate I think I have ever had....
I highly recommend some - I am tossing my ghirardelli hot chocolate
powder, as this is no longer satisfactory. You can froogle search for
this powder.
