Default my wine wont start

Standard Ribena (concentrate rather than ready made) contains:

Water, Sugar, Glucose Fructose Syrup (from wheat and maize), Blackcurrant Juice from Concentrate (22%), Citric Acid,
Vitamin C, Preservatives (Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Bisulphite), Colour (Anthocyanins)
