By example, they are all around us. Probably easier
to say what they are not. They are not persons who
pay attention to the precedents of good newsgroup
conduct.

Probably they simply are congenitally dull in most
instances -- a bottom segment of the so called
"normal" distribution.

One giveaway is that they requote much more than
they add, which frequently is a dumb one-line quip.
Another is diddling off into nontopciality.
