Can't cook a good chicken
Try seasoning and roasting it with a cover or aluminum foil covering the pot
tightly with some knife slits. AFter about 1 1/2 hours remove the foil and
let it dry roast. Roast on a slow oven at 300 degrees -- sorta like doing
pork BBQ in the oven. Should come out juicy and fall off the bone because
it's being cooked similarily.
