Hash Brown Casserole
1 32 oz pkg. frozen hash browns, shredded style
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
Mix 1/4 cup of the melted butter with all of the ingredients, except the
corn flakes. Sit well and put in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix the
remaining butter with the corn flakes and sprinkle on top of the potato
mixture. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Good to serve to a big group.
