I'm looking at getting a countertop convection oven but want one that
is true convection, with the third heating element next to the fan. I
was looking at the Cadco OV-250 for ~ $450 or the Farberware T490C for
about the same price. Does anyone know if these are true convection
ovens or know of another countertop model that is true convection?
