Hubby has to get his gout under control. The big criteria of weight
and alcohol consumption are not an issue in his case, so it has to be
diet related. Now we have to figure out what his triggers are. It's
going to be a PITA for him because he loves seafood and red meat.

Know any places online where I can find gout friendly recipes?
