Last time I made a standing rib roast, this was the menu:

Parmesan Crisps
Stuffed Mushrooms

Barb's Green Bean Soup

Standing Beef Rib Roast
Garlic Bread Pudding
Gravy
Baked Potatoes (sour cream, butter, and chives)
Tossed Salad (lettuce, jicama, cucumber, scallions)
Dorothy Lynch Dressing
Homemade Ranch Dressing
Spinach Casserole
Broccoli & Cauliflower Au Gratin
Glazed Spiced Carrots & Parsnips
Dinner Rolls

Black Forest Trifle
Banana Pudding
Sour Cream Apple Pie
