Nah! Carter was simply an ineffective president. Clinton was probably
the most brilliant president we've ever had. After all, look how many
Republicans ended up leaving congress during Clinton's administration.
Clinton made some monumentally stupid mistakes such as having that
affair with "Miss Lewinski" but in some very important ways, Clinton
was a shrewd as they come.
