Match this.
There's a book called "Eat Fat, Lose Fat", which might be worth reading
for some additional perspectives on the Adkins diet and the South Beach
variation of it. The two authors, Fallon and Enig, also have a cookbook
out, called "Nourishing Traditions", which in addition to having many
good recipes, offers a lot of general nutritional wisdom.
