Why will you be Type1 "shortly"??

If you change your diet now, you can hopefully avert Type1.

If the Type2 was brought on by bad diet/obesity, that is.

But then again........
My younger sister is a State Champion badmington player. She's fit,
athletic etc. She was diagnosed Type2 and then about 12 months later was
upped to Type1.

She's now insulin dependant.
The oldest of the sisters died from an asthma attack.

Me?? I've never been sick with anything!! I just get broken bones,
gunshot and knife wounds :-)
