It works for me too... if I can stick with it! :-(
Eating just meat all the time gets to be a bit boring.

It's time for me to go back on a salad kick!

I can avoid bread ok, but I just love rice, and yams, and some of those
other "healthy" veggies that are not low carb.

Fortunately, I've been low carbing long enough that I've lost my taste
for sugar. My triglycerides have been below 100 mg/dl now for the past
few years.

They used to run about 600........
