Default Double Chocolate Bars

Double Chocolate Bars

3/4 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 tablespoons Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/3 Cup Flour

Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir together flour,
cocoa, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture. Spread in bottom of
greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven and sprinkle 4 cups miniature marshmallows evenly on top
and bake for 4 more minutes.

Topping:
1 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Cup Rice Krispies Cereal
2 tablespoons Water
4 tablespoons Butter

In a small saucepan combine chips and peanut butter. Cook and stir over
low heat until chips are melted; stir in cereal. Spread on top of cooled
bars, refrigerate or put in cool place; cut into bars.
