My favorite way is baked, plain with butter and a bit of black pepper.
The only time I add any sweetening is when I make candied sweet potatoes.
Ya gotta add sugar for that. :-) Having said that, I add very thinly
sliced whole lemons which adds a really nice note and balances the
sweetness.
No marshmallows!!!
