Default Barefoot Contessa (Ina): A meal I'll make.

Probably one of the very few dishes I've seen made on FoodTV that looked
good enough to try.

She "invented" a seared tuna/avocado salad. I've rarely cooked fresh tuna
steak.

I read the reviews. Some say too much salt. It seems like it but the lime
juice should offset that.

Adding seedless cucumber sounded good, too.

A reviewer also suggested sesame oil as the salad oil. I wonder.

I suspect with some mild fresh grated cheese this might make good fish
tacos.

I've got everything but avocadoS, cucumbers and tuna steak.
