A month ago I set off the security alarm going into a store (Zellers).
Security was going nuts looking for tho just (didn't) leave.
Of course I set it off again when I attempted to leave.
I just kept walking and no one seemed interested in the whole thing.
I went back a little later and this time when the alarm went off (on the way
in) I waited for the staff to get interested.
Their first suggestion was that there was an active tag on something I had
bought earlier.
I pointed out the flaw in this argument - "I am outside, why wasn't I
stopped in the first place?"
We finally figured out that the problem was with something I had bought in
another completely unrelated store.
