Best Oatmeal? Steel cut?

The quick cooing rolled oats are pretty lame. Instant is even
worse. I have to confess that I would just as well have the large
flake as the steel cut. The steel cut are good, but not worth the
extra cooking time IMO.

Cutting the cooking time down to something closer to large flake
might be worth trying.
