Default Finally found it: The *real* Alredo sauce recipe!

Notice that the butter and cream are boiled for 10 minutes; boils away
most of the moisture. It looks like a good recipe to me, in spite of
the "1 cup of this, and 1 cup of this, and 1 cup of that."
