I have never heard of any mac 'n cheese that has eggs in it. Urp.

Just make it like quiche (use same proportion of milk to eggs) but use
macaroni & cheese instead of other stuff. See? Simple. LOL.

The only "orange cheesy" mac 'n cheese is Kraft, so don't even compare
a good mac 'n cheese with that blue box stuff. It's gross.

Use a mix of cheeses like Colby-Colby
Jack-Cheddar-Swiss-Ementhaler-Gruyere -- whatever you like.
