Default What's a good price for turkey?

Frozen turkey is one of the few meat products I buy at Walmart (the
other is whole briskets.) I think they are Jenny-O brand, but I'm not
sure, and the usual price is 68¢ per pound. They are good, but a little
salty -- you definitely don't want to brine them.

Butterballs will be a little more, unless a store is selling them at a
loss for a special promotion. But even at $1 per pound, a 20 pound
turkey is a lot of meat for $20.

Best regards,
Bob
