Dang, there were so many options I wanted to choose! I love lobster. My
favorite way to cook it is to boil it to half-way done, remove from water,
split the tail shell, pull the shell back, add a slab of butter to the split
and then broil it until it's VERY lightly browned.

Of course, that's when and if I can ever afford lobster, which is just about
never. And, I can no longer eat it, so I'm out on both counts. Oh well. I
have the glorious memories!!!!!
