I am searching for a Chinese Lemon Chicken sauce that has a taste of cream
cheese &/or coconut in it. There is a restaurant in Vestal, NY that has
this on their buffet, but they won't give up the recipe, & it is the ONLY
Lemon Chicken I have been able to find anywhere, that has this terrific
taste. Could someone out there please help me out??

The China Dragon used to be a great Chinese restaurant in Hooksett, New
Hampshire. Unfortunately, it's long gone. It was run by Mr. Harry Moy
and his family. I believe Mr. Moy died in 2003.
A Cantonese dish my family enjoyed there was Quan Shel Gai (or Kwan
Shel Gai). It was Number 22 on the menu. I'm not sure of the
spelling.
It contained sliced roast pork and breaded chicken or pork in a brown
sauce, with mushrooms. On top was a pineapple slice and a tomato slice
as garnish.
Anyone have this recipe?

Antonio's Spanish-Italian Carryout used to be a great lunch restaurant
in Washington, DC. Unfortunately, it's long gone.
A dish my family enjoyed there was Country Ribs Ranchero.
Anyone have their recipe?
