Well, when I want heat but still have the food be somewhat palatable
I go with Black Mamba which I picked up at a gourmet shop but can be
found online too.

Indeed, last night I made some popcorn and mixed some Black mamba in the
oil. great spicy popcorn!
For the wings maybe I'll try some Black Mamba, however, honestly I don't
think the pure heat of Black Mamba would go well with chicken. Some
other complimentary flavor is needed. Perhaps something citrussy? Maybe
some lemon juice would do the trick?
