Personally, I use a 2:1 ratio, i.e.: 1 cup sauce to 1/2 cup butter. IMHO,
the butter helps the sauce coat the wings better. I use Frank's, for
authenticity and flavor. For more heat, Tabasco, ground cayenne, or ground
red pepper flakes. Or all three for the hotheads!
