Almond Rice Pilaf
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 cup chicken broth
2 cup uncooked instant rice
In a saucepan, saute onion and almonds in butter until the onions are
tender and the almonds lightly brown. Add broth and bring to a boil.
Stir in rice and cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 - 8 minutes or
until liquid is absorbed.
