I *used* to use bottled Italian dressing, but I've started using rubs instead of
marinating.

extensively
Ragin' River rub is great on salmon, but I'd probably go for the Tsunami Spin or
the Jamaican Firewalk for tuna steaks. I don't know why, that's just a feeling
I get.
