That would be neat, but I don't know how easy that would be
for Cathy. And if she did do that, she should include minced,
dehydrated garlic. I have a big jar of that which I got at
Costco, but I keep forgetting it's there, d'oh! :-0

I've never used garlic juice, but as far as jarred garlic, nope,
you're not missing anything. I used to use it, but whole garlic
is just too easy, tastes better, and keeps as well as the jarred
stuff in the fridge...
