Oven Fried Potatoes
4 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
1/4 cup oil
2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place skin side
down in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients; brush
over potatoes. Bake at 375 F for 1 hour, brushing with oil/cheese
mixture at 15 minute intervals. Turn potatoes over for last 15 minutes.
