Easy Broccoli Casserole
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup longhorn cheese, shredded
1 cup instant rice
1/2 tsp salt
Saute onion in a little oil, add thawed broccoli, cover and let steam over
low heat 10 minute, add soup and 3/4 soup can of water, 3/4 soup can of
milk, water, salt, cheese and rice in a buttered casserole. Bake at 350
degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and put back in oven
for 2 to 3 minutes, or until melted.
