Reuben Casserole
1 large jar Sauerkraut (rinsed/drained)
1 1/2 - 2 sliced tomatoes
1 bottle Thousand Island salad dressing
3 - 4 pks corned beef
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 tube crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spread rinsed/drained sauerkraut in
bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Place sliced tomatoes ot top of sauerkraut.
Pour salad dressing over tomatoes. Place corned beef to cover. Layer
swiss cheese on top of tomatoes. Heat until cheese is melted. Place
crescent rolls on top and cook until browned.
