I am at work so breakfast was a hash brown casserole I purchased from
the cafeteria Friday morning, placed in the refrigerator, and heated in
the microwave this morning. And yes, the box had my initials on it so
the night shift would not eat it!

My casserole had hash browns, of course, chopped onion, chopped bacon,
and grated cheese. The choice is ours what we want in the casserole
and the bacon and onions is my favorite. Oh gosh, it was sooooo good
and I washed it all down with a large pineapple orange juice I brought
from home.

I'm good until lunch.
