Seems I'm missing an ingredient or something. I put in lots of the white
part of three leeks, a small onion, two potatoes and chicken stock but the
leek soup just isn't flavorful. In fact I don't taste leek at all. Any
suggestions?

Also looking for suggestions regarding very lively food preparation
newsgroup besides this one.
