Cheesey Chicken
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Bacon
Monterrey Shredded Cheese
Sharp Cheese
Hot Pepper Jack cheese
Mushrooms
Onion Chives
Boil chicken on stove top. While chicken is boiling, fry bacon. Once
chicken is cooked place in 13X9 backing dish. Place fried bacon on each
breast. Cut Sharp cheese and place on each chicken breast. Sprinkle
monterrey shredded cheese on top of chicken. Place hot pepper jack cheese
on each chicken and sprinkle fresh cut chives and mushrooms on chicken.
Back covered for 10 minutes, or until cheeses are melted.
