Yes you could. But once I ruined a whole batch of stuffing with this kind of
experimenting, and I'm no kitchen slouch. It occurred to me right then that
the $2 or $3 for a box of Bell's seasoning is one hell of a good value.
Based on 7 known ingredients, you could still go through an infinite number
of different proportions until you get it right. They already have it right.
