I just bottled a Welch's grape wine that came out splendidly - to my
surprise. Basically, I made sure that I didn't add any acids to the
batch. I added one banana to a 5-gallon batch and a box of rasins.
After stabilizing I let it sit for 6 months on franch oak chips medium
toast. .
