Hi Bill! Jill in Memphis here I didn't see that show but I have to tell
you... there are so many styles of Q in Memphis it's not funny. What were
they featuring? Ribs? Pulled pork shoulder? Sauces? and if sauces, vinegar
vs. mustard based?
