No it's not. One atom of Pu will give off a single alpha particle, and
then it's not Pu anymore (it become uranium or maybe americium, i
think). One alpha particle won't do *that* much damage. A fatal dose
of plutonium might be in the micrograms, but bolulism toxin can be fatal
in the picograms.
