Hearty Salad
Yield: 6 servings
6 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts
2 Tablespoons French dressing, or to tasted
15 1/2 ounce can garbanzos, drained
2 medium ribs celery, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Empty artichoke hearts into medium bowl. With scissors cut into small
pieces. Add dressing to oil in jar, scrape into bowl. Stir in chickpeas
and celery. Season.
