We stopped at a Bill Ellis b b que in North Carolina
It was delicious
But, they made the best chicken and dumplings
The dumplings were like see through home made noodles

Does any one have a recipe that might fit this description ???

It had a very juicy sauce....chicken was very tender
With lots of pepper........it was out of this world
