Beef Roll-Ups
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion - chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup water
1 can chili peppers
3/4 lb Velveeta cheese - cubed
corn tortillas
Place all ingredients in your slow cooker. Stir to mix. Cover and cook on
low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve with warm tortillas.
