Beef and Cabbage Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
6 cups chopped cabbage
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste
Saute beef and onion till hot but not too browned. Sprinkle salt and
pepper. Place half of the cabbage in casserole dish, then add the meat and
add the remaining half of cabbage on top of meat. Pour the can of tomato
soup on top of the remaining cabbage. Cover and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
