It's what you do when you're used to knocking off a whole
carton at a time.

Yesterday she had the eggs in a bowl and was returning the
shells to it and getting the next egg.

That wasn't what bugged me. What bugged me was her lightly
tapping the egg three or four times then gingerly prying
it open. I thought all pros could do the one-handed
single-tap egg-dump.
