Sorry, Amsterdam. The store is run by people from the Middle East. i don't
know them well enough yet to ask where they originate from. But someday I
will. Cos I don't think they're Turkish or Morroccan, which are the largest
Middle Eastern groups in The Netherlands.

Anyway, if you can find a Middle Eastern store in Austin, maybe they'll have
dried shallots.
