Delightful little book on the above subject 1947 Beige boards very
slightly grubby Author F. Le Mesurier drawings Berthold Wolfe Very
comprehensive covers all aspects of sauce making. Contains a superb
foldout ingredient assembly chart(see 3rd scan) and ingredient asembly
tables. Some chapter headings:- Notes on Ingredients/Basic
sauces/Brunette sauces/Blonde sauces/Cold sauces/Hot sauces for Fish
etc.
Rare item...a must for the collector of vintage cook books.
