On FoodNation, he's knowledgable and respectful of the disparate cuisines he
samples, be they fancy restaurants or people's home kitchens.

In Boy Meets Grill he demonstrates considerable skill and imagination in
presenting complete meals prepared outdoors. Man those fish tacos looked
great.
