Even Bourdain didn't like the porcupine -- which says something I
suppose. Actually, I'm sure I'd like most of what Bourdain eats when
he's in, say, Vietnam or Thailand.

And I'd love to try some of that Vietnamese (so-called) moonshine. Not
twenty shots of it, though.
