I don't have the patience to use a charcoal grill. We used one for
years, but once we got the propane grill, I never wanted to use charcoal
again. That's just me. I know a lot of people prefer it. Propane is
widely available here, so we don't worry about running out. I think if
you pour hot water down the side of the tank, it will show the level??
