Right now I am using a GE that was in the house when we moved here in
2004. It was the original to the house that was built in 1991.

Before that I used a GE Americana that we bought for our previous
house when we moved in in 1974. It still worked fine when we left and
the buyers were in no hurry to get rid of it.

Both are electric.
